Hey All,

Just a quick note to remind you about the academy tournament next Sunday, March 21st, at Windy Knoll Farms in Sullivan. This is the last tournament for this year. It is a double point tournament for hi point awards so you can make up some serious points if you missed any of our other tournaments!!!

I am trying to get things together for the show so I need to get at least an approx horse and rider count by Monday, March 15, so please let me know if you are planning to attend.

Instructors: you can find needed info and release forms. Also please try to email (or fax if you can't email back) entries to ME by Wednesday I am not sure our regular secretary will be working our show this weekend and I need a little extra time to get entries done.

Also I need to make a decision on how to proceed with awards banquet. In order to be able to proceed I need to know if any of you plan to attend (It would be April 11th or 18th). We have to have a minimum of 80 people for The Blue Heron Country Club. Please send me your thoughts on your attendance for this event. If we can't meet the minimum for Blue Heron I can probably make other arrangements at a different facility.
